Garmin JPXr Location in my Car

I live in South Florida and, believe me, it's hot here.
I have a Honda Accord and, using the suction cup, I am able to attach it to the aluminum
door of the CD storage compartment (see below).  Up to now, knock on wood, it did not fail.

The advantages for me are:
(1) Most of the time, it's not in the sun
(2) Unless you are very close to the car, it is not visible from outside
(3)  It does not make any marks on the aluminum door
(4) There is no wire coming down from the windshield
(5) It's very handy to enter locations, etc...
